Start with small, gradual, achievable goals for the first 60-90 days.
Once you have set a foundation and know what is possible to do within such a short time-frame, next is to assess, and set new, larger goals that you can hit over the next 3-6 months.
Here is what I get our clients to do for our online coaching program so that we know exactly what we want to achieve for each client..
For example, here are just 10 points to look at to achieve your health goals!
1. Set Specific Goals: Define your goals clearly and specifically, including what you want to achieve, when you want to achieve it, and how you plan to get there.
2. Create a Plan: Develop a plan that outlines the steps you need to take to achieve your health goals. Consider factors like your current health status, lifestyle, and available resources.
3. Track Your Progress: Keep a record of your progress by monitoring your health metrics like weight, BMI, and blood pressure. Use this data to adjust your plan as needed.
4. Find a Support System: Surround yourself with people who encourage and support your health goals. Seek out friends, family members, or a health coach to help you stay on track.
5. Stay Accountable: Hold yourself accountable for your progress by scheduling regular check-ins with your support system. You can also use a journal or app to track your progress.
6. Make Sustainable Changes: Avoid fad diets or extreme exercise regimes. Instead, make gradual and sustainable changes to your lifestyle that you can maintain over the long term.
7. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated and functioning optimally.
8. Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night to support your physical and mental health.
9. Focus on Nutrition: Make sure your diet is rich in whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid processed and high-sugar foods.
10. Stay Active: Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, whether that's through regular exercise, walking, or other forms of movement that you enjoy
