I have spent 21 years coaching a combined 3,500+ in-person clients, bootcamps, and having several Personal Training studios in Melbourne helping them all lose a total of over 35,000+ kg's..
Then, in 2020 I left the gym world to help high achieving entrepreneurs improve their health and build world class bodies online.

We all keep track of everything via a custom app that will allow your coach to know your exact situatation.
